Food was excellent. Cashier was rude and dismissive. Gave no direction after taking my money. Where do I pickup my food? No one called out my name by the pickup. Cashier goes over there and it appears. It wasn't there when I just walked by. Looking like I'm stalking a sandwich. It was delicious though.  This was my first time at this location. You will need a code to use the restroom. There's construction in the front but it's not too bad. Panera is Panera but I'll not be returning to this location. Until next time.

This location makes spending $40 on soup and a sandwich worth it when they follow order notes! Eff Darin! And I stopped spending money in all metro area locations due to his inadequate management, but this location draws me in with their competent service! Maybe not the kindest bunch of folks, but always COMPETENT and getting it right!

Soup was good, and delivery service was great. However, the salad was not fresh. This is the amount of lettuce I had to remove from my salad because it was brown and mushy. It was about half of the salad.

I like Panera Bread, this location was a bit lacking. We went on a Saturday afternoon. I bought a pick your 2. my half Chipotle chicken Avacado had barely any chicken and can't taste the Chipotle sauce at all. ALL of the sodas were flat and there were no medium lids, but that's ok they daid we could just use a large cup instead, that was nice. The dining area was beautiful and clean. There is wheelchair accessible and you can order yourself on the pad. The soups were amazing.  Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps everywhere for our stroller. It was great!

Panera bread is not what it used to be. I used to work for Panera and I thought it was a pretty good company with the quality of their food, management, pay... But now it seems like they are all underpaid because I don't get very happy customer service at almost any location. Their prices have gone up drastically. Their large Mac and cheese is $10! Insane. They also got rid of their French toast bagel- I think that was a bad decision!  My go to when I go here is the mac & cheese, sierra turkey & the BBQ Chix Salad. For breakfast, their souffles, cinnamon crunch bagel w/ butter, & the sausage, egg, & cheese on an everything bagel with an over easy egg.

Amazing customer service! It's the kind of service that should be happening everywhere in this severely lacking. Red, The general manager, end up giving us every bagel they had because we had an emergency for a conference we're running. They took great care of us and their customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this Panera downtown Denver for sure.

I have placed a breakfast catering order once a month with this restaurant for ~4 months. They do not honor the tax exempt credit card when I specifically state in the order directions the card is exempt I even give the exempt status and number in the directions!. When I call they say to "upload the form" online and THERE IS NO FORM. When I asked where to access the form I was met with attitude from the Panera employee who never actually told me where this elusive form exists online. Every experience has been frustrating and I recommend going some place else if you're looking for good and helpful customer service.

My go to place. Food is really good with an excellent price and. Everytime i come to Denver have to visit this place. It is clean and the staff is very polite. Very quiet and and conveniently located. Love that menu changes and it never disappoints. Simple plates and fast service...

Absolutely insane how overpriced this place has gotten. I used to love Panera.....But now, half a sandwich, a cup of mac and cheese and a bag of chips with no drink is $16?? You're better off getting a meal from another spot that is local and much cheaper.

One of their busiest locations in the state, if you come during peak lunch rush, you will wait 20 mins+ but that's totally fair. Corporate understaffs them, but the employees there work their butts off and are very kind. I honestly come for the people as well as the food. Food is delicious btw.Food: 4/5
