3.5/5 It’s been a while, having visited a Panera location, got a gift card here from a friend and decided to bring the partner, niece and nephew. Ordered – halfsies; Chinese chicken salad, tomato soup w a baguette. Chicken avocado sando with turkey chili, kids size mac n cheese with chips and cheese flat bread. Total came out to about $55 but with the gift card $25 out the door which wasn’t bad for all that food! The customer service was superb, the only thing this location needs to work on is I think people come in and actually steal others food or the workers are not paying attention to who grabs the food. They do hand out vibrating pagers. The only reason why I am bringing this up is clearly this happened to us, when my partner went up to grab our food there was a gentleman that just said yes, his name is “Sara” and took my sando and chili, they had to make another but was kind enough to bring the food over with extra mac and cheese and a cookie for the kids, the manager kept apologizing why do I think this has happened before?
This Panera was ridiculous. They didn’t have any plugs that worked and they did that ON PURPOSE. The only ones that worked were in this room called the sun room, which was a meeting room that they wanted you to pay for even if there wasn’t a reservation. Maybe they’re losing money and trying to find more ways to make customers pay for things but I’ve never had this happen to me at a Panera restaurant before,
Sent my entire meal back for a refund and went somewhere else. Sent my cold soup back. My $8.58 Turkey Sandwich was 2 three-inch slices of thin bread, two tiny slices of Turkey and that was it. For nearly $18, I expect a lot better than what was served to me. The manager did indicate frustratingly that the prices keep going up, and the portions keep going down. Self-serve ordering, take a number service, and picking up your own mediocre food at a counter isn’t worth $18. This will be my last trip to Panera, and given the fact the restaurant was mostly empty at 12:45 in the afternoon, I don’t think I’m the only one unimpressed.
Something I just need to bring to awareness is that some of the drinks taste awful, like they’re spoiled and rotten. If you go to this one on Brand and California in Glendale expect or prepare to expect drinks to taste nasty. It’s the fourth time I’ve came within a year of this with the drinks tasting like just soda and water. **Don’t get me wrong the staff are nice and the food is still the same, just their drinks are always nasty.**
Taste so delicious! Yummy! I have had breakfast Here for three days!Food: 5/5
Chill and clean Panera location. Good if you have the sip club membership. Metered and lot parking nearby. Helpful staff, quick service. Spotted an outlet, has pretty fast wifi. Good place to work with relaxed staff and lots of seating. Ask them for the bathroom code.Service: 5/5
Spacious interior with a small patio. Service is friendly, but there is a feeling of being profiled as a low-income or homeless customer. Their power outlets are off, seemingly to discourage these types of people from coming and sitting for any extended period - how can really tell who-is-who as a customer. You can't! Expect to see the mangers patrolling around.
Ordered on door dash and what a disappointment. Food is nothing like the photos. Tiny portions sizes so you are left hungry. The fruit salad for $6.20 was ridiculously tiny. Do better!
I got the Baja bowl, my daughter got the grilled cheese add bacon, my husband got the steak sandwich. Everything tasted good and fresh. The place was clean and the Pepsi machine was set just right.Food: 3/5
Food is good, I recommend the soups in the winter time. Atmosphere is not so good.Food: 5/5
