I love this place! So conveniently close to home and work. I always stop here when running errands, a great place to relax in their atmosphere.  I love the organic menu, the self-recycling, and the food and service is always excellent!

I have ordered the same salad (citrus beet & quinoa) 2 Friday's in a row and BOTH times they forgot the quinoa on the salad AND the apple on the side, not to mention the hair I found in my salad dressing today. Granted, I am ordering the salad in the morning but it says right on the menu that lunch is served all day. If you don't have the quinoa ready that early, then at least TELL ME.

The food is always amazing except the bowls got bigger and the portion got smaller, a little disappointed because Panera is my favorite place to eat.

employee Iman was extremely nice and took my plates after i was finished eating without me having to ask, service was great and food was delicious.

Every time I eat here I regret it.  Soup is cold and watered down because they're too lazy to just make a new batch.  At least the staff was a little more friendly this time.
