I always like this chain/franchise wherever they are.  They have comfortable tables and booths with electric outlets.  Their bagels are made in house so get there early and they are the freshest and hottest.  A very laid back atmosphere where you order at the counter and they bring your food/drinks to your table.   Always feel welcome there and never any rush.

First off, I want to say that I have never posted a negative review before. Even when service is awful or I have a bad experience, I'm not one to post about it or spread it around. I also have worked in food service many years so get what that's like. However, I'm really disappointed with this location. I called in a rapid pick up order for a southwest chicken salad. They told me my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there in about 10 to 15 minutes. There was one couple sitting down eating and no one on line and about 4 employees behind an empty counter. They clearly weren't busy at all. They didn't have my order on file at all. I waited for them to make it which is usually no big deal to me. Tipped them because I've worked in food service and I know what it's like. But when I got home and opened my salad there were literally 2 small pieces of shredded chicken on top along with barely any of the other toppings. After forgetting my order, the lack of effort that went in to one simple salad is really disappointing. It's also pretty annoying when you spend 11 dollars for just lettuce. Next time, I'll go across the street to Wildflower.

Gave me a really nasty looking and tasting Southwest Salad instead of what I ordered. When I brought it back they knew exactly what they gave me and what I ordered. It felt like l was intentionally given the wrong order. Also. Had no strawberry rhubarb pastry even though I ordered it in the electronic kiosk. Substituted a Cherry cheese pastry that was not really what I wanted. My Panini also tasted like they poured salt on it for a little longet than needed. I had a steak sandwich that was terrible here a few months back. I posted a negative review. It's almost like I am being treated badly because they gave me less than stellar food that time. For $20.00 for lunch. I should be getting excellent food and service. That doesn't happen here. I'm done. I won't be back. Hire people that know how to provide quality service and product.

2nd time this Store at McClintock and Guadalupe prepared my salad wrong!  Don't order from Kiosk with Modifications,  the Panera food preps. get it wrong!

Before when this was Paradise Bakery, I thought this was one of the worst locations by far. Even though I lived right next to it, I would go to other locations. Now that it is Panera, I find their service to be AMAZING! There has been times where they have messed up on my food with special requests, but they immediately fix what was wrong without any issues. Now I go here at least 2-3 times a week. Shoutout to Thomas for being an outstanding employee with a great attitude every time I come in!
