Disappointed, took my mother for coffee and was surprised that they had run out of decaf coffee and has to wait quite awhile. I guess we're spoiled with the service in the Pasadena Panera.

I placed a phone order. First, why do you ask me again if I want to order online once I've selected order by phone. It's annoying! My order was taken correctly; however, the order was not filled correctly. Since we don't really know if the order is correct until we get home, you should have a "check" process before filling the order. Also, for orders to go, I usually go to the online or kiosk line. Today, after waiting a while, we were instructed to go to the end of the regular line. Seems, you have multiple opportunities to push customers elsewhere.

Soup good but wonton need to made a little lighter not so thick but was good like the kiosk

I come in here all the time to get breakfast and do some work. They have kiosks set up so you can order and pay without having to wait in line. Service here is pretty good and the food is what you'd expect from any other Panera. I wish the wifi was faster. Also, most of the outlets don't work so you have to make sure your laptop has a full charge.

Great salads. Quiet restaurant. Friendly staff. Not too expensive either.
