Story

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, “to meet Pan Am stewardesses.” Suddenly, there was a place with great food, new and exciting drinks and an electric energy. A place where bartenders mixed the environment just as well as they mixed drinks. In short, a place like nowhere else. Today, Fridays in City Of Industry, CA is still America’s most iconic bar and grill. We embrace and celebrate our heritage as a bar. One that just happens to serve killer food in an environment where it’s always Friday.

Do not come here. They charged my card wrong twice and had the nerve to ask me if they can charge it a third time. I came in for my take out, gave the waitress my rewards, she decided not to put it in, and charged me full price, $50 when my meal should've been about $10 after the reward. Long stores short, I left without my food. And then they tried to keep the paper with my rewards on it, possibly to use it for themselves. Now I have over $100 taken out of my account and no food and have to wait 5-7 business days for my money. The manager had no remorse either. Worse Fridays I've ever been to

Disinterested waitress, food took way too long for amount of diners. Party of 10. 1st appetizers plates came out cold. Then almost 20 mins from when 1st entree was delivered until last delivered to table. Medium well steaks literally rare. The only enjoyable item was the salsa. Too bad, i used to like that place.

Horrible service! I came with my boyfriend ready for a good meal and they took a while to seat us, and the place wasn't busy at all, then we finally get seated and no one came to our table. We were sitting for about a good 40 minutes while we watched servers go to other tables and just hang around and talk. We decided to just leave. This is the first time we ever walked out a restaurant. They didn't even realize that we didn't get served.

Orded endless apps and after over 45 minutes of waiting and seeing other tables who sat down after us asked the sever what's going on he didn't have an answer or apologize. It seemed like he forgot to put the order. Which that it self isn't a horrible thing to do. But an apology and lemme go talk to someone at the kitchen to hurry up your order wouldn't hurt. Ending up leaving and eating dinner somewhere else
