Used the app to order online for the first time. Went through the entire process, got the estimated time it would be ready and everything. Headed out to get it. When we arrived at the restraunt they hadn't received the order and there was no history of it on the app. I know things glitch and don't work sometimes, but they basically blamed us like we couldn't follow a basic app. One employee even stated, "Its alright, everyone makes mistakes." I didn't make a big deal of it there, but we received poor customer service after all of that. No one even bothered to say, "sorry we didn't get your order." After a weird and awkward time in the store, we ate the food... It was about 7:30pm by the time we got everything and you could tell it all had sat around in the heating trays for hours. I'm not picky, and love Asian food, but what we got was all pretty gross. Don't see any reason why we will be going back there.

Out of Rice!?! Seriously. Lines backed up. Employee coaching another employee in front of customers is never appropriate but then the coached employee starts arguing and defending herself instead of checking out customers. There were a number of people waiting for an entree and the employees were confused as to what order belonged to which customer. One man finally got his food and they told him to have a good day.... He had to tell them he hadn't paid for his food. Trash was over flowing in the trash can. There was a large to go order and the customer came and picked it up and then the employee goes running out of the store with 2 large trays of food and the customer had already left. They called him and he came back to get the rest of the order. It was a disaster.

Absolute trash take your money to oka ramen by Safeway a couple blocks away. Seriously horrible food and service and employees were laughing together on their phones and speaking loud Spanish which is fine but wow man
