I am from St. Louis where the original Panera (aka St. Louis Bread Co.) is located, so I tend to judge other locations pretty harshly. This one needs some help. I find that what really kills the vibe here is their lack of customer service and communication skills, and how they frequently mix up orders and don't correct the mistake. Several times I have ordered something and they randomly stuck a side on I didn't ask for, so I've gone up to the counter to change it. I can almost recite in my head now the phrase I'll be met with: "Oh yeah, we ran out of 'blank' item so we gave you that instead..." Um. Why not just simply ask if you can substitute instead of wasting a food item by giving it to someone who didn't order it? Both myself and my partner have been met with vacant expressions, awful customer engagement, or straight up clueless/bewildered responses when we've tried to get orders corrected. Not to be mean, but how difficult is it to talk to someone one on one and find a simple solution? It is a good thing this location is rehiring right now; they need it. 

P.s. Bread bowls and bakery items are often very hard/stiff and crunchy. At Panera Bread. The place known for bread.

This Panera Bread lacks the parking space, specially during peak times. Various times the order comes out incorrectly or things get forgotten, specially while ordering online and also ordering at the store. The quality of food is good.

I'm upset at how dirty the restaurant is right now. The  service is also bad, unbelievable. The coffee is bad and we can't get forks to eat our muffins. I came here to meet with someone and I am embarrassed. I will not be back, thanks but no thanks.

The employees and food at this Panera are great!  Shout out to my friend Gavin especially.  I do get weirded out by how every picture in Panera has a bagel in it.  It's like I'm in an alternate universe where bagels are much more culturally important that they are now.  Overall Panera is overpriced but I'm addicted to the macaroni and cheese so I keep coming back.
