My wife and I had been regulars at Rustic Burger until new ownership started making changes. My advice, no fix if it isn't broken. We noticed difference in quality of the buns they use and slightly smaller portion sizes of the actual burger patty.  I agree with another reviewer, at this point they've lost differentiation from quality and price compared to Five Guys and In & Out burger

Food was delicious, but kinda pricey. Maybe that's why they don't have any prices listed on their menu. (1 burger, fries, and beer $20).You have to ask to know the price of anything. Also we got our food handed to us and started eating before realizing they didn't provide any napkins. My husband went on a search and found napkin holders all in one corner all empty except for one which gave us only 3 napkins.

Great burgers that are made to order. You have your choice of protein, including a half beef half pork combination that is absolutely scrumptious. There are several buns to pick from as well as toppings. They have a kimchi burger which is out of this world. The best thing is the meat is all fresh ground which means when you order a burger medium rare you know it is going to taste great.

Quite contemporary, with a mix of decor including tin ceiling tiles and industrial pipe light fixtures.

Was greeted by a cheerful employee that was happy to explain the somewhat quirky menu options to a first timer.

Food prep time was fast, presentation good as well. However to me the burger was excessively oily and greasy! As I took a bite, the grease was pouring onto my plate. This, in turn, ended up saturating my fries leaving many inedible. 

There is a sports bar atmosphere with 5 big screens and the decor is great. Thus my 4Star rating.

If rating on food only it would be 2 Star I'm afraid, based on my first experience!

Ordered a rustic well done, no sauce. It came medium rare with sauce. My lunch mates were almost finished before the correct burger came. It was good enough. We all agreed it was OK but nothing special. In n Out is better and cheaper.
