I went there Monday , 9/11 after work with my daughter; got there and had to clean the table myself. AND there was food on the floor under our table. I went into the bathroom to get some paper towels to clean the table. The bathroom WAS NOT CLEAN. C'mon. Anyway, the woman who brought out the food saw me cleaning the table, didn't even bother to ask if I needed help. She waited until I FINISHED cleaning it! Wow. I would love to give this place more stars for the management, because they really will fix issues. Dale, John, there is another one also, anytime I have an issue, they fix it. BUT! I have had so many issues with this place, they either forget to put something in my bag, or they don't read the order correctly, or long wait time, the list goes on. The employees need to pay more attention to what they are doing. However, in all fairness, again I will say the managers are superb. That is the only reason I am giving this place 3 stars. One more thing, this review is not against the food there, the food is ALWAYS superb, really really good food. It's just they lack in other ways.

While the food was good and the service was OK. I was shocked when the lady working the register flat-out ASKED FOR A TIP. She took my order and my cash. You deserve a tip for what? Because you don't even have to walk out to our table to give us our food. Someone else did that! I've worked allot of jobs. I've carried 55" TVs out to cars (Yes actually carried) by myself. I've carried rolls of carpets out to trucks for customers and NEVER asked for a tip! Worse yet I then felt obligated to give her one! She ruined the store for us, we'd only come back to see if she had the cajones to ask again!! Panera needs to check in on this location! We've been to at least 5 locations now and this has been the worst one!

Very busy. Took time to get our food but it was tasty when it finally arrived.

Love their custom made salads. Ordering grilled chicken with strawberries, cucumbers, grated Parmesan cheese, Cesar and ranch dressing was to die for!

I went here last week with my friends and one of my friend found plastic in his soup. When is went to manager to complain about it and her answer was this happens not very often that means this has happened few and chef can not be more careful so dis doesn't happen again. I never saw dis kind of reaction to the customer who found plastic in his soup.. I would never go to dis place again.
