I love Panera and I live by this location. Regularly they are out of even the most simplist of ingredients. The other day I came in for dinner at 5:45 and they were out of bread. Thinking I misunderstood the cashier she then screamed at me "we have no bread" while enunciating bread for quite awhile as if I didn't comprehend the word. I informed her in a calm but stern tone that I simply "didn't expect a bread company to be out of bread" and left.

Food was hot and fast, but they seemed to be sold out of a lot.  This location was clean and in good shape.

My food and the staff were great, but my husband ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and it had two small pieces of meat and mustard. The rest was bread. It was not good.

Nice amount of parking. Great menu but not great execution from this specific Panera team. 1 cashier regularly no matter if there's a line or not. And honestly 60-70% of every table in their lobby sat dirty, covered in crumbs or trash through my whole visit. I never saw an employee cleaning my entire visit. Granted, Terre Hautians will claim it's way too expensive so it's probably very hard to staff this store to run their best and show what Panera is all about. I'll return and update my review next visit.

I love Panera bread. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it is slightly on the expensive side. However, they have wonderful food and a great atmosphere. It is easy to order food too through their kiosk. One thing I'd suggest is maybe offer to heat up certain items like muffins if possible.
