Frequently go to the Panera in Concord. They appear to train their staff well. Yes, I have had problems, but when I brought them up, if not resolved immediately, the staff was very good with interacting with me. I was always offered a solution. The place is almost always busy. You should not expect a quick in/out, although it does happen at times. The food and drink selection is great. If you want extra sauce, just ask! If you want a different bread, just ask! Substitions are allowed!!

My place is being sprayed for cockroachs today, I told them I also have not eaten all day and I asked for a piece of bread. So they gave me I nice big piece with no charge. This Panera Bread is very kind and a understanding place with great employees. Thanks guy. You guy's rock!! 🤘🤘

I usually love Panera however tonight was a much different experience called ahead because I got stuck in a traffic jam and I was starving told me that it would be a half hour wait. Waited the half-hour came in the young lady told me that my order was still being worked on and I sat there and waited another hour watching every single person who came in before and after me get their food and leave asked if there was a manager that I could speak to because this is very unusual for them to treat customers so poorly and I was told there was no manager available told I needed to go online and post a review so here it is Panera in Concord I'm so disappointed and disgusted in you

Horrible good, I usually like Panera and the food was terrible. Ordered the Mac and Cheese meal and the mac and cheese came out freezing like it came out of the freezer, spots were warm but other spots I was surprised I didn't find ice, also chips they had were very stale. Would not recommend this location.
