This place needs to hire and train better people. Looks like a management problem. The help is inattentive and brusk. Coffee refills frequently cold. Napkin holders empty. Toilet paper empty. It's just badly run. I also patronize the panera in Crestview and its much nicer. Update: This place is just sad. Out of croutons for the soup, out of sourdouogh bread, out of something for the guy in front of me. They don’t tell you at the ordering counter, they tell you at the pick up window. The employee explained it thusly: The company doesn’t want to waste food, so they only deliver every other day. And they under-deliver so as not to waste food. In the words of the employee: “We run out of food a lot.”

Very good quality and healthy food! Friendly staff! Comfortable dining! Great atmosphere! A bit pricier but well worth it!

I never write reviews and usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but I have given this location entirely too many chances and have had an issue every time I go there. Today I went through the drive through and asked for a French baguette sliced. I was first told they no longer carry French bread and when I repeated that I was wanting a baguette, I was told they couldn't sell me a baguette because they only have enough to serve individuals and not enough to sell a whole loaf. If it hadn't been raining and I didn't have my infant in the car, I would have gone in and asked for a manager. I live very close to Newport Panera, but will never again go to this location. I'd much rather drive to the Crestview location where I've always had a wonderful experience.

Ordered 3 everything bagels, lady convinced me it was a better deal to get a tub of cream cheese instead of individually done. Got home and had 3 bagels with no cream cheese in sight. After a 13 hr shift at the hospital and having to be up in 6 hrs to do it all again, would love to not have to throw away my breakfast due to incompetence.
