Unfortunately service level and quality of the food have declined. 3 times in a row the staff who prepares the food has messed up my order. Different bread than ordered, cold not pressed as ordered. Worst of all, last visit I ordered a soup to go when I got home there was only solids in the container, not liquid part of the soup, wth. It looked like the last overcooked leftover of the soup, totally dry. I don’t recommend this location in particular. Careless, poorly trained staff.

Panera offers quite a few ordering options. When we arrived I was quite hungry. There was a huge line. I did not have the app installed on my phone but I was still able to go to the website and place my order and it was ready to go in just 10 minutes. The waitress that came out, who wasn't even serving my table, offered to help and I told her that I had placed an order. She said no problem she will find it - and she did. My hats off to her and the entire team there at Panera.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I wish I had read the reviews before I came. I used the Rapid Pickup to order my lunch 10 minutes before I would come to the store in order to give the people enough time so I could be in and out since I had to go right back to work. I got there, stood by where it said Rapid pick up since I did not see my order. I WAS ASKED BY ABOUT 4 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES IF I WAS THERE FOR A PICK UP! Each one of them asked me for my name BUT NONE OF THEM STARTED THE ORDER! I was standing there FOR 10 MINUTES waiting to get my order when I finally see someone starting my panini but since they took forever to start it, I had to be back to work! It was absolutely ridiculous I ordered at 11:30 and they didn't start making my sandwich until 12! I just went to the cashier and told them to cancel my order. Called the manager after I got off work, she was nice, but I feel like customers such as myself should be handled differently because there seems to be a lot more disgruntled customers than there should be. All the manager was doing was saying sorry didn't offer anything to make up for all of the inconvenience and frustration I experienced. All in all I will not be going back to this Panera and wouldn't break a sweat driving a farther distance to go to a different Panera location.

This place is horrible . This is the third time I️ ordered online and there’s always something missing . I️ always try to come and give this place a second chance . Today I ordered a bowl which was gross its was packed with water . I️ couldn’t even stand the taste . 33 dollars worth of food down the garbage ! Never again . And please don’t offer me no free cookies , you guys never send any vouchers Thru the mail. Please stay away from here
