Believing that some of the best bakery products in the world are produced in Brooklyn, New York we have developed a proprietary water filtration and mineralization system that recreates this sparkling water. Our systems are located in each of our restaurants providing the perfect water for all our baking products, freshly brewed coffee and Coke® fountain drinks. We proudly call our water Brooklynized®.

BUYER BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT USED TO BE GOOD, BUT NO LONGER IS. Worst experience EVER! Today, I went to order bagels for my family and me. I was rushed, given a bad attitude, and told I was wrong. You need to fire the short girl who wears glasses at the register. She was not only yelling at me, but yelling at your cooking staff this morning at 7:45 AM when I went there for bagels with toppings. I was overcharged, told I was wrong, and had to ask 4 times for my order to be corrected. Each time I was given an attitude and felt like I was unwelcomed here. The food was OK, but for the prices you charge I would hope your staff doesn't treat customers like trash.

Had friends in from out of town staying in Hollywood we planned to meet here Sunday for a quick coffee and bagel. Website said they were opened until 4:00, I called ahead in the car, at about 3:15. Was told sorry they closed at 3:00 today. My friends had just pulled in. I was mortified told them they should correct their website reply was “yeah maybe we should” I’m done. I’ll never go back

Best bagels! Nice selection of hot snd iced coffee, a bit pricey on food items. Nice atmosphere. Breakfast and lunch. Baninis, like a Panini but made with bagel.

Second time in two weeks we've had terrible service, wrong orders, last time lost order, clueless and rude teenage staff. It's too bad because the coffee and food is amazing, but the staff are not trained well.

Best bagels I've ever had. Great egg sandwiches too! On the contrary, The line is a bit long and is overall slow. The atmosphere is nice and they have great coffee. All in all a great place for a bagel on the go or a family break feast!
