Waited 45 minutes for jerk shrimp pasta and had people come in after me and get their food before I did. it’s ridiculous to wait that long for shrimp pasta which should take 20 minutes tops.

Ok on a professional approach great food and atmosphere its like a tracks and records In Florida but with that said from observation the chef is under pressure and the staffs frustration is evident. A solution analyze the influx of customers and prep the food according.
Or get another chef to keep the crowd. At this point the establishment is centered do not compromise the reputation always take care of the staff so they can treat customers with respect. Lasting experience can make or break your establishment no matter how the food good, people have choices.

Keep up the good job its a different vibe just ensure your able to maintain it.

To everyone reading this: 

    They suck! The bammy was just as horrible as the cashiers attitude. It had a bad after taste and the chicken was dry. I don’t care about the price but the customer service was just not good. The cashier had a big puff in some orange looking color. You’re better off going to dutch pot for 5 bucks and some change. Don’t waste your time.

I'm reading all of these reviews and I'm amazed! Pan Fridays is by far the best Caribbean restaurant in lauderhill. Their food is always on point. Never stale always fresh. Their menu is not your average carribbean restaurant menu.I will admit that they can work on the wait time. But good food is always worth waiting for.
