It's scandalous to think a business could be run this way and expect to stay open. Fortunately the staff is well trained to let customers down efficiently as they don't have enough product to service customers at 7:00 pm on a Friday night. Cooking to order doesn't work in fast food. For two adults and two children to only get two items they originally ordered speaks volumes to poor management. Based on the otber reviews of this location, I'm concerned that you haven't closed your doors to not make the company look bad. By the way, expect to start losing your expeditors. They do not like working here, and they can do better at other businesses.

Frozen 4 leches dessert. Really? No napkins and this is my second and last time. Buying food at this location. Give a frozen dessert to someone in miami and they will make it viral. This location need attention and secret shoppers from corporate.

All the food here is very good. The grilled chicken is the best and very reasonably priced. This is Latin type food mixed with American style dishes.

Food great. However ... young female staff dropped a pump covered in sauce leaving me and my brand new sneakers covered in oily spots. Shoes ruined. Not much sympathy from manager.

It's very very well. I feel happy to bring my family.I love the servers here...they serve food on time too! I really really love polotropical. For me pololtropical is the best place for me to eat. My son Josue loves it!
