Um I don't wanna be told how to order food when I call, like being told to say cheese after Munster, because it sounds like mustard.. How bout you just ask if I meant cheese instead of criticizing me and making me feel silly..!!! I asked to have my meat shredded and got the reply of "I'll see what I can do.. received said sandwich and the meat is sliced so thick It's ( gross to me) and I CAN NOT EAT IT! big pet peeve of mine. I asked really nice and said it twice.. How come everyone who owns a meat slicer can shred meat but you guys can't. Big turn off!!

Been ordering from Pantanos in Plainview for a while now and this place is great!! Wish I could give them 10 stars. Everything is always fresh and the store is very clean. The guys behind the counter are great, very friendly. Sometime the line at lunch time can be a bit long but they do a great job getting the orders out in a timely manner. Highly recommended and they also delivery. They served breakfast all day long, a huge BONuS for me and my wife. Check them out won't be disappointed!!

The guys are so sweet here to start but the food speaks for itself. Everything is delicious!! I use Pantanos in Plainview for all my catering needs and I order a lot since I'm in charge of the caterings at my job!
