the sandwhiches are made fresh and taste great.  the cheesesteak is amazing.  the chicken and broccoli rabe is also one of my favorites.  i tried one with fresh mozzarella too.  i keep going back to try new things. Carlos is the man!  What is up Paolo! King of Wings! really excited that they are here in Livingston!

I've only had two things, the Thai chicken wings and Paolo's salad has fruit/goat cheese etc, both were very good. The wings very crispy, although the 2nd time I got them they were significantly smaller. Their crack balsamic dressing is great, but waaaay too overpriced same with wings. I think they'd gain a bit more customers if they were more reasonable with their prices on some of these items. Please make your dressing cheaper so I can buy more and not feel guilty lol.

We were disappointed with our meal and the service, however, the owner, Paolo, called me immediately to apologize and rectify. I have heard only accolades prior to this and simply because of the wonderful professionalism of Paolo we will give it another try.

I stopped in today, bought delicious empanadas and had a wonderful conversation with Carlos about how simple it is to be nice to others! Thanks for the great conversation and for the water for my dog

Paolo has my vote!  I'm enjoying my chicken soup which is the best I've had in town!  Fresh ingredients make for a great homemade taste!  It is refreshing to see someone who understands what the people want!  5 stars! we had a eggplant parm there yesterday that was very good! coming back again soon!

Paolo's Kitchen is a fantastic restaurant with great prices, sizable portions, friendly environment and staff, as well as amazing tasting foods! The location is great and the overall environment is extremely welcoming. Paolo's Kitchen is a stellar restaurant and I  recommend everyone to visit!

Have only been once but they've already shown a generosity of spirit that will have me coming back. I had ordered a chicken parm sandwich and they accidentally prepared a chicken parm dinner entrée, with extra meat, cheese and pasta. Not only did they totally own it, charging me just for my original sandwich order, but they threw in the bread for me to make the meal a sandwich for myself when I got home.  Great food and just a great attitude for a place just breaking into the community!

Diamond in the rough. I dont need anything but Paolo's Kitchen in this town. I had a grilled chicken with broccoli Rabe sandwich - couldn't even finish it with all the fries they gave me. Took the other half home to eat later.  Tasted very fresh!!!

Went there w a few friends, service from the cashier/waitress was great. But the food wasn’t at all I ordered a chicken empanada and it was cold to the touch, I asked for the manager and he found it funny and didn’t take it seriously at all. 3.50 for a empanada that was the size of a Dunkin’ Donuts munchkin is just unbelievable. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Perfect new place in town ! This town was in much need of a good place to eat , take out , cater from . Excellent customer service, the owner Paolo always in site and willing to welcome new customers and to make your shopping experience a total success ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE , their wings the best ! Not for nothing this guy is called KING OF WINGS !
