Hit or miss. I find that service is actually better around lunch than dinner or later, when only 1-2 employees are in the store. At night, with more staff on hands, I've always encountered more errors. Never delays though, but I always do carryout. I live about 8 minutes from this store, and generally pick it up by leaving at a time when it'll be about 15-20 minutes since my order. It's always been ready no matter the day or time, but again, better success with the order being correct around lunch. Customer service has been fine typically, and no issues when confronting them about mistakes or missing items. I have had rude experiences in the past though, including a cashier who said something like "who orders This Many of that?!" in front of me and acted like I wasn't there. But I only saw her that one night. Don't think she works there anymore.

The drivers of this store have been the most disrespectful and dishonest people Ive meet. Two drivers have disrespected me because I didn't have enough for a tip and The third I just checked my bank account wrote in their own tip after My husband put a 0 she wrote in $5.00. I do tip but at that time the driver left so fast when I was coming downstairs with cash to tip her she had already went to her car .Instead their driver decided to write in her own $5.00 tip. I'm more hurt that the Manager Anastasia claims she didn't believe her driver would do such a thing. Which leads me to believe that you are calling me a liar. I honestly feel bad that the drivers aren't being paid enough that they stoop to stealing and disrespecting their customers. At this point im done with Papa Johns at this store and probably for good. I just moved here and Im just at a lost for words with this stores ethics and customer care 😞

I wouldnt have written a review either way because I wasn't using them but while I was shopping a Krogers they left unwanted advertisements on my car. The said advertisement was stuck to my drivers side window with a large sticky note style paper and left a disgusting mark because of the hot son. This style of advertising is intrusive and unwanted and using sticky notes damages properties. Papa Johns should ban this practice at its franchises.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! If I could give them 0 stars then I would. I've ordered from this location a few times and the past few times have been TERRIBLE! They always take forever to deliver your food and the past couple of times my pizza hasn't been cooked all the way. They have terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from here again. Pizza Hut has better customer service and they deliver your food on time. Don't waste your time or money at this Papa John's.
