I was human and ordered online at the wrong location. Called to cancel and apologized for the inconvenience. Christina answered and gave us a lecture about how it was a waste of food. (We obviously know that and already felt bad) As soon as we said we were sorry again she said okay and hung up on us. People make mistakes. Will never dine there again. Absolutely not how you run a business in the hospitality industry.

Service /staff was nice. Food was no so nice. Sweet and sour, teriyaki and chicken with BLK beans all tasted the same with not much taste. 😑

The food is good, but the customer service is absolutely terrible!!! Today was the absolute worst. My boyfriend and I both had to work and he called to order food for me because I’m not feeling well. When we called the lady told us he could pay with his card but they needed my license to write down my information in case something happened (never heard of that) but we said okay . She then asks for the card number and tells us to hold on and hangs up the phone . So we called back and repeated the card number to her. She’s says okay the food will be ready in 15 minutes . I then get a call saying the card didn’t go through . I told her that didn’t make any sense because she told us okay and the food would be ready in 15mins . She then says she didn’t input the card into the machine she just wrote it down. I told her that didn’t make any sense to tell a customer everything was good to go and it’s really not and then you call back with an issue and why are you writing down the card number instead of typing it in. Not to mention , any time our cards are used swiped or not we get notifications on our phones we didn’t receive any notifications. Instead of addressing and fixing the issue she decided to hang up in my face . NO FOOD IS THAT GOOD TO MISTREATED AS A CUSTOMER!!!

I have eaten here multiple times now and food portions are generous and food is very, very good. Try the homemade duck sauce.

The food use to be so good. I was a regular. Just went back and ordered approx $30 of food. Was not good anymore. Hubby felt the same. Sauce was thick and had this weird taste to it. Wasted money. However the spring rolls were still good.
