I ordered two pizzas a couple of weeks ago and only received one so when I called into the manager he told me that I would receive a store credit. Naturally, I knew that the process would be extremely difficult, but when I called in today I spoke with Cameron and she made the process so easy. Her customer service is superb and the best customer service that I have ever received with any Papa John's location. Cameron is an asset to Papa Johns and I appreciate everything that she did for me and my family today. Sound good

I just ordered pizza from here. I waited an hour and a half just for my pizza to arrive cold. The delivery guy also forgot the soda that came with my order. We told him he forgot the drink and he explained he’d bring it. 45 mins. Later still waiting because I usually don’t drink soda and decided to order one with my cold pizza. We call the store back & was told “well he just walked back in so I’ll talk to him and see if he really forgot it”.... no he is aware. I’m just trying to make sure he’s coming back before I decide to go to the store at this point. I really just wanted pizza and soda. Why papa johns. Why?!

Has horrible customer service, employees aren't properly trained to deal with situations dealing with customer, not organized or a friendly environment, also are very rude when having questions or concerns dealing with the service. My best advice don't come to this location find another papa johns near you.

This is the 2nd time I ordered from here and have had and issue. After my first order I received a free pizza and decided to give this store another chance.  I was very specific and included all my information (phone number & gate code). On my first delivery my pizza was made horribly. I hardly had any cheese on it and I asked for extra sauce but instead was made a pizza that had little to no sauce on it. The delivery driver also came to my residence with a friend in his vehicle and was playing loud music which made matters worse. The 2nd order and delivery the gentleman took a little longer than the wait time that was given to me. Turns out that HE left HIS phone at the store and was unable to access my gate. I'm not sure why because I  included my gate code with the order and my phone never rang. He was upset when he called because he had to go all the way to the store to call me. I can understand his frustration for not being able to get in the gate; however I did not appreciate him taking those frustrations out on me when he clearly could have called me if he didn't leave his phone at the store. When he came back I just had my boyfriend meet him up at the gate because all I wanted was my pizza. When we received our food the pizza was dry and and my toppings were smashed, there was also pizza sauce on the top inside of the box as if something was sitting on it. Papa Johns has always been my all time favorite when it come to pizza, but after these two experiences from the same store within the same week it's safe to say I will never be ordering this from papa johns again. I'll just have to try Marcos Pizza out and give them my business and business from my hotel.I do not want any more free pizzas from you all I just thought I should let someone know how inconvenient and horrible the service is.
