Incredibly rude, they messed up our order and would not replace the food that they did not put I'm our bag. Never patronizing this location ever again

Amazing!! I just moved to the area and was checking out the mall yesterday. Such beautiful smiles & friendly staff and also, quick service! Look forward to stopping there more often.

I found hair in my pregnant wife’s food and the Manager Susie said she would not give me any discount on the food and she was rude and said she was at the top of the board there was no one else to talk to! So i had them remake my food with no discount or apology and now I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review ..

Ordered a chicken biscuit meal I get home and it's little bite size chicken tenders in a box. I was so mad, I didn't order that, the box was half full, wasted my time and money. Will not be going back.

I'd rather walk the mile to Turner hill to the Chick-fil-A to get food. My first and last time getting food here. Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich meal on my way to my appointment. When I got ready to eat the sandwich it was burnt,  I had the fries because I was hungry. A couple of hrs later I return to the Chick-fil-A, the cashier went to get supervisor or manager. She asked what the problem was, it was as if I was speaking ibonics or something, she had a look on her face so I had to go into the bag which I had handed the cashier,  take out the sandwich and show it to her. Really chick! Anyway she offered me another sandwich, which I refused because by then I was not hungry.  She refunded me my sandwich not my meal for my inconvenience. Worst part was I still had the lemonade that I'd asked the cashier to put ice in I ended up throwing that out. Only reason I didn't go back was because I would've had to  go backwrds. Should've given her back that too to get my money back. 
Only in our neighborhoods. My only bad experience with Chick-fil-A
