Who the hell stops delivering at 9 pm? All the other locations deliver until 11. Wasted my time. Worst papa johns location ever.

Just like every other Papa John's. The taste is all right. Nothing special but not disgusting either. They have good take out specials and that's why we go there. Order online for the best deals.

I was looking to place an order on Monday, April 25th, with the Bellevue Papa Johns location, but when I called at 9:45am and 10:15am there was no answer and eventually went to a dial tone. As I am a big fan of the quality, variety, and taste of Papa Johns pizza (I used to work for Pizza Hut, so that is a HUGE compliment) I decided I would contact the Kirkland store to see if they could help me place an order for delivery to my work for a company lunch order. 
When a female employee answered she was very friendly and accommodating right off the bat. I explained my issue not being able to reach the Bellevue store and rather then brushing me off as though she couldn't do anything as we are outside their delivery area, she went above and beyond to get my information and order and said she would contact the area manager to see if there was an issue with the Bellevue store phone system and see what could be done to help. Worse case scenario she said she would fill the order and have it delivered for us!  She promptly called back to let me know she was unable to reach anyone but that she would either call back around the delivery time to take payment, or she would transfer the order to the Bellevue store and  would have them call to confirm the order if she was able to get through to them. About an hour later I received a call from the Bellevue store in which the gentleman I spoke to was very apologetic, confirmed my order and took payment.
The pizza arrived on time, hot and fresh. 
Working in customer service I cant tell you enough how nice it is to see that the Kirkland employee truly cared about me and the order and did everything she could to help and resolve my concern.
