Food was delivered earlier than expected. I ordered and tipped through Grubhub; however, the delivery driver thought I should tip him on the credit card receipt. I told him that I had tipped through Grubhub already. I ended up leaving him a tip on the receipt anyway. After he left, I checked on Grubhub because I thought that maybe I forgot to tip him or there was a system error; however, I realized that I did tip him. So hopefully, he didn’t get that extra tip. Besides that, the food was good.

Service is very poor I ordered my pizza online and it gave me a specific time of when my pizza would arrive. So I waited a few extra mins for the delivery person to get to my house and close to 40 mins later, the delivery person calls me saying he’s sorry for the wait they’re really busy and his GPS was telling him that he’s close by my house. At this point I’m angry and hungry (not a good combination) so I called the store to complain the manager Larry, who told me he’s the only one that knows how to make pizzas and that’s the reason their running late. I asked him abt the online estimated arrival time and he said that’s a separate entity he knows nothing abt that, his time usually takes 90 mins. So I asked for the corporate number and he told me to look on the website for the number and he also said he planned on calling them hisself and hung up in my ear. So based on these poor reviews u decide if u want to do business with this company, ps. I refused to pay the 2.99$ delivery charge, the delivery person didn’t even make a fuss abt it,  they knew they screwed up big time 😒

My food was burnt my pizza wasn't all the way done breadsticks with burnt I spent $30 there and I couldn't eat my food wish I could show you the pictures when I got my food last night I will not buy no more food from them messed up my appetite had the munchies

Great service great manager drivers are however hoodrats but what do u expect the store is in the hood

Practically NO toppings or cheese. This is not the first time I've had them deliver pizza with so few toppings. The prices are high and so is the delivery fee. The drivers are polite, the only redeeming quality. Order elsewhere.
