This particular Papa John’s is the worst! My pizza sat in the drivers car for an hour according to the app. When arrived it was cold. I recieved a coupon for a free pizza for the complaint and they sent me the wrong pizza. The pizza box said pepperoni and sausage (as ordered) and in the box was half sausage and half loads of cheese. I will order from elsewhere or drive farther away for pickup at a different location.

The only reason for this place to get a good review is the guy Hunter at the counter. So great, super polite, and very hard working

I would've given zero stars if necessary. I ordered a pizza and bread sticks. The pizza was burnt and dried up--disgusting!! I called back and was told they would make me another one, but I would have to send back the old one. I had to sit there  and listen to them argue with one another about the condition of the pizza, If you send me something bad, I'm turned off and I don't want anything else. Of course I requested a refund. There was no apology for the inconvenience. Just we will send the driver back for the old pizza as if they didn't know the pizza was burnt when they boxed it for delivery.

Literally the worst service of my life, I went in for carryout and this bigger dark skinned woman shouts out a welcome. So I know she knew I was there, I guess she forgot she was alone because she didn't come over to help me for a good ten minutes. Granted she was making a pizza when i first walked in but she finished up and went behind the oven shortly after the welcome. I would have walked out, but I was hungry and I wanted to try their new specialty pizza. Not only did I have to wait 10 minutes to order, but she didn't start making my food right away. Instead she was on the phone talking to someone as loudly as possible. To top off this horrible experience, the food was stale and I found a long dark hair under a peperoni as well. Thanks Papa Johns, but never again.
