Walked in to a quiet empty waiting area anticipating quick service since I preordered and paid. Instead, I stood at the counter for 2 minutes before being acknowledged. When I finally spoken to, I was asked to wait. Finally, about 90 secs later, out of sheer frustration, I blurted out, “I need to be somewhere”. After comment, one of the 4 men behind the counter actually asked if they could take my order. I retorted, “I have already ordered and paid.” I waited almost 7 minutes to retrieve my order! Even with 4 or more people working and no one else in lobby. Awful! Not to mention I ordered 2 medium pizzas and was given a large box w med pizza in it. Improperly cut. Had to recut it myself for the kids. Never again.

Horrible. I ordered online and still had to wait another 15 minutes once I arrived. The while time my order was in the warmer, but God forbid someone actually checked. I ordered bone out wings, never was asked if I wanted sauce, was never given any sauce and they was just breaded chicken nuggets basically sitting in buffalo sauce. My pizza was burned and my breadsticks over cooked and greasy. When I called to complain I was told basically I shouldn't be so upset and what did I want the manager to do if I wasn't going to come back, over a half hour away, instead of just reversing the charges or actually just saying I'm sorry. Never again. I only went here because I was at Comcast.

They delivered the wrong pizza. I called and told them. They said they would bring the right one. One hour later - nothing. I called and told them I still haven’t received the right pizza, and they said should be there soon. It NEVER came. I ALWAYS tipped the drivers VERY generously, but since they burned me I will NEVER order from them again!!!!!!!!!
