this store is under new management and ever since then service has been great! New workers; dedicated manger! Finally, they got people in this store that cares!!! Professional, great customer service and phone etiquette  and oh, I got my pizza in less than 45mins on a Friday night!!!!

This store has to MOST RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL,  DISRESPECTFUL MANAGEMENT TEAM!!!! 1. Your order is either late, wrong, or the pizza has slid inside the box. If you complain to managers they will keep you on hold to try and make you hang up, curse you out,  ive even seen one get violent. THIS STORE IS DEPLORABLE. AND THE WAIT TIME FOR DELIVERY IS OVER 2 HOURS!!!! GO TO DOMINOES!

Tonight I ordered a pizza.  The projected delivery time was 100 minutes (which seems a bit excessive for a Wednesday night).  After 100 minutes had passed, I called the store.  They were unable to reach the driver.  Eventually, I received a cold pizza, 2 hours and 15 minutes after I ordered it.  The manager was polite and it seemed as though he was honestly trying his best to resolve the confusion; nevertheless, I will not order from this shop again.

Horrible unhelpful rude people. Most food places in this area are much alike far as food quality and attitude. Its so bad i no longer wanna live in this community. Lazy uninspired niggaz.

Ordered pizza from them yesterday at 5:34 and didn't get it until 7:00. I called and asked the manager if I could be compensated for the hour delay and he said that he'll give me a free drink in an annoyed manner. Seriously? I can get a drink anywhere no free pizza, no free sides, nothing. Not to mention the pizza was cold when it came and it didn't taste good. We've been customers here for years. However I'll never spend money at this location again. Honestly from the looks of it they'll hire anybody. They need new staff with better manners and more respect. It's fine though. I'll let corporate know what's going on.
