Disgusting. Handles food with no gloves. Rude staff. Poor customer service. And my orders aren’t right. Pizza is always cold. This place is sad. Management needs to handle this place better. I’ve given this location many chances but I will not go there anymore.

Google, is there an option for a zero star rating?  I was blatantly hung up on twice while a friend of mine was on hold for over 30 minutes just to get hung up on. I love the pizza and quality but this is definitely the last time I will ever try ordering from a Papa John's ever again. This hasn't been my first encounter with several other Papa John's locations like this one, but it sure in hell will be my last. Domino's has by far the best customer service and isn't employeed by a bunch of lazy ass workers employeed by poor managent. The CEO needs to get it together. This is the perfect example of the typical corporate America. It's extremely disappointing.

Hubby and  I ordered a  medium pizza with extra extra extra extra sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and 12 wings garlic parmesan flavored.  THE FOOD WAS DELIVERED WITHIN 20 MINUTES AND IT WAS HOT AND ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS --- I GIVE THEM 5 BIG STARS AND A AMEN AGAIN !!!!!!! Gonna be ordering from them again this as weekend for sure !!!!!

Service is terrible, and always takes forever for delivery. Est.time Is never correct. Pizza is barely hot by the time it arrives.

This place is horrible. The manager has the worst attitude in the world and the workers act as if their not at work. Your better off going to the other papa John's on parkway east. Never go here.
