Management and customer is terrible! My order was placed on line at 6:22. I then received an email saying that it will take 27-37 minutes for my order to arrive. Two hours later there was no pizza. I was then told my order was cancelled because they claimed they didn't have a current phone number for me. Lies. I called back and no one would answer my calls. I called from my son's phone and that's when they answered, telling me it will take 5-7 business days before I receive my money. Never again!

I placed a large order online and the wait time of 38-44 minutes was given. An hour later, the website stated it left the store. after another 35 minutes, I called. The store is not even 2 miles from me. I was then placed on hold for almost 8 minutes. After that the manager came on the line saying the driver had 4 deliveries and should arrive any minute. we hung up. The delivery arrived, and the food was really hot and not like it was in the car during 4 deliveries. I believe they just fixed the food while I was on hold and talking to 2 different people. When the order did arrive, they had sent the wrong drinks so I called back. They sent the driver back to us, and again the drinks were wrong! He went back to the store once again and retrieved the correct drinks. I called an spoke to the manager Curtis, and he was flippant and unsympathetic. He was very resistant to reimbursing and rude. After I continued to tell him that I was dissatisfied and would also be contacting Corporate and everyone else I could think of, he finally said he would not charge us. Ridiculous.

The food is usually pretty good here, and I just placed an order on the app. I called to make sure my order was correct (dealing with a 6 year old who's grabbing your phone while ordering a pizza is hard). I was put on hold for several minutes, so I hung up and called back. I was put on hold again for about 2 minutes, and when I explained it to them, they said they'd get it fixed. As soon as I hung up the phone, I got a notification that the pizza was ready for pickup. They fixed it with no problem, even though it was my mistake.

I had ordered a pizza and it was delivered wrong and left a review that it was incorrect. I had no idea but dominos showed up a couple of hours later and delivered the correct pizza and apologized for the mistake. This is the best customer service I've experienced and really appreciate this! Thank y'all for going out of the way and correcting my order, it was totally unexpected!

After walking and communicating what order I was picking up, I was immediately asked if I would like to leave a tip. I do not like being asked for additional money, especially when I had to drive to pick up the food in the first place, if it's not delivered, then do not ask for a tip. Second, after getting my pizza, I asked if they had Garlic sauce (I had ordered a ranch sauce originally) And they were out of Garlic sauce, I said no problem, and then checked the box and found the ranch was not inside either. The young gentleman began to walk around the store looking for ranch, and another lady walked up and said you have your pizza? Okay well you are free to go... I don't have any sauce, I was immediately asked for a tip, and now I am being almost pushed out of the door to make way for the imaginary customers inside. They were out of all sauces, and I was given a quick apology, and handed my refund in change. Im not saying this was the worst experience I have ever had, I am simply stating it could have been better. I won't stop going just from one bad time, but it was very very unnacceptional, and that to me could possibly be one of the worst things i could say about anything.
