This franchise is horrendous.  Ordered two pizzas, garlic knots and extra sauces online.  First pizza was completely uncut.  Not even attempted to be sliced.  The second pizza was supposed to be Chicago style and was cut "normally" (We had to go in with a knife to complete the cuts).  The garlic knots were under cooked and they completely ignored the request for extra sauces (which we paid for).  Called the restaurant to just notify management that they were not putting out quality food and was left on hold.  
Go somewhere else or order delivery from another Papa Johns

Really  bad service. Tried ordering a pizza from papa johns but couldn't after calling twice. The guy just wont listen and kept yelling phone & address. 
In the end ordered from pizza hut without any problem and the pizza hut guy was so courteous and patient.

Put it this way... Will NEVER order from this papa johns again. Ordered a Meat pizza  and garlic knots. Driver was very nice. When we opened our pizza it was covered with peppers, hot peppers green peppers, tomatoes, chicken ,olives and onions. 
When we called, the young man that answered got the manager. The manager relate through the young man ( wouldn't even talk to me) he wanted to know what was on my receipt . I didn't get a receipt. He acted as if I was lying. We looked on box and it said 14" Meats pizza. The mgr still acting like it was my fault. So he finally said they would send another pizza out. I politely ask for a few more garlic knots since we've had to wait so long. He said "pizza only"!!!
 Most places are very apologetic if THEY mess up, sometimes even offering a refund. The second driver even ask us if the mgr was supposed to give refund,. Ha, he wouldn't even give up a few garlic knots, let alone  a 22.00 refund. So my advice is to go to a different papa johns!
