THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT ORDER VIA THEIR ONLINE WEBSITE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD THEN CALL YOU TO SAY THEY CANNOT DELIVER TO YOU AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND UNTIL THE NEXT DAY WHEN THE MANAGER RETURNS.  IF YOU WANT GREAT PIZZA WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, VISIT VINNY'S IN SHORT PUMP OFF OF LAUDERDALE DRIVE!

I had a cheesesteak and calamari. The flavor was wonderful, though I would recommend eating in if possible. Though delicious, the steam steals the crunch.  The sub came with what seemed to be fresh made chips, which were very nice. I recommend this place of you're in the area.

Maybe dining inside is a different experience, but EVERYTIME we order delivery or take out, our order is incorrect. Customer service is terrible, the workers do not know their own menu, and making a phone call to let them know what happened is useless! I will NEVER order from here again.

**WARNING**DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I'm not kidding when I say they mess your order up every single time you get delivery. Today was the last time I will put up with their awful customer service. I ordered 3 items because I was ordering for fellow employees. They delivered the wrong item for one person, my order had onions when I asked for none (this happens every time) and not to mention their was a side of hair in my sub. So I called to let them know and they said "oh yea we realized that." So I just tell my coworker let's just eat the pizza. Well they finally bring the right item and asked for the pizza back (what were they going to do with it, I have no idea). I advised it was already eaten. The delivery person says "my manager told you not to eat it!" That wasn't true and I told her that in addition to the fact that it wouldn't have been eaten if they delivered the right food order an hour ago. She then tells me they will charge my card for it. What a joke.

Whoa, I was really surprised by this place! It never seems too busy and I've been meaning to try it out for months. I just had perhaps the best chicken philly I've ever had. Also got some fried calamari - it was also excellent. All the staff was really friendly and the prices were fair. I'll be back soon to try their pizza and pasta. 👍👍👍
