First time ordered Papa Jones , this what i got . They ate ore focused in making money and giving out franchise then taking care of this clients. What a sad experience. Waited excitedly with the family and this what you get out of excitement. All they have to say is " Sorry " without realizing peoples time and emotions and situation. Just sorry and we are sending you a free pizza. What a disrespect ! . I am sure when this guy started business he put his passion in this. But now some one should tell him , this is how your pizza is getting delivered.

Today I placed my usual order for an extra large mushroom and onion pizza. (My email confirmation showed this was correct.) But when I bit into the pizza I almost heaved! It was topped with mushrooms and OLIVES, which I hate as they make me physically ill. I tossed it right into the garbage. But that’s just the half of it. Every time I order from this location, without exception, the pizza looks as if it was sliced by a three year old. Some pieces are like thin little slivers which can be eaten in two bites. Other slices are too big to even pick up without first slicing into 2-3 smaller slices. The remaining slices are somewhere in the middle. How are 3-4 people supposed to divide the pizza up equally? I would never return a pizza and ask them to remake it. I’ve heard too many horror stories about kitchen staff getting pissed off when food is sent back. (Not necessarily at Papa Johns but generally speaking.) It’s not uncommon for kitchen staff to get revenge by either spitting on the food, throwing it on the floor or much worse if you know what I mean. Why is it that our local Dominos slices pizza perfectly but Papa Johns hasn’t a clue as to how it’s done? They mess it up 100% of the time!! Papa Johns claimed to have made less money last year due to less people watching NFL games. But Dominos didn’t suffer the same fate. Could it be that in reality it’s because Papa Johns doesn’t know how to make pizzas??

Ordered delivery. When the food got here it was missing half the stuff I ordered. No sauce. Missing 2 wings. The pizza has like no toppings!!! Will never order from here again. Tried giving papa johns another try after a good 5 years.

On 03/02/2018 I ordered a pizza, after an hour and a half it still didn’t come so I called the store, they said that their delivery driver delivered it, which wasn’t the case, so I asked for a refund. The manager said she would void the transaction and that the money would be back in my account in 24 hours. Since it was the weekend I decided to give it a couple of business days for it to go back into my account. Six days later, I still don’t have my money back. Very disappointed. I’ve contacted coperate and have filed a formal complaint. My refund would be greatly appreciated.

So, no carryout after 10. We arrived at midnight to a locked door despite the 12:30 close time. Major attitude on top of it all. They're really earning their 2.5 average star rating.
