Awful customer service i went there on two seperate days to order a sandwich and the older dark African American worker was rude..no customer service at all...owner of this franchise should look on hiring someone who wants to be at work more than some person who seems to have problems dealing with people. I will never go back there i will go to a next sub way to get my sandwiches. Her face alone turns u off ( she needs to know what is customer service)

The food is STALE, not fresh, and NO MONEY BACK !  Total scumbags, CROOKS !!!
The owner of this privately owned franchise is CHEAP, so that always reflects on quality of ingredients, customer service, and people they hire. Yes, here you will get a sprinkle of clerk's dust in you sub. Enjoy.! There are much better Subway locations in this town, just go there

Terrible! I ordered an Oven Roasted Chicken Breast toasted, but received a frozen chicken breast on a cold sandwich.  The sandwich makers cant even tell that the chicken is cold before serving it to a customer? Absolutely ridiculous!  Horrible location with obvious poor service. Thanks for the ruined lunch Subway. #subway

I just left this store, there was an older lady and an older guy there - from speaking with employees, I believe the lady was the owner. I entered, looked at the lady then guy, the guy looks away and does some kind of fake cough - racial issues, likely. I ignore that and wait patiently. The interaction with the lady went mostly smooth, which is good. But at the end, she bags my sub, I put my hand out to receive it, and she puts it on the counter instead of in my hand. Not enough decency. I'm judgmental, and prefer to stay away from this lacking nonsense. Afterward, the guy looks at my receipt pleasantly, gives it to me, and then looks off to the side then downward. You've lost this long-time customer successfully. Only if you were more reasonable at customer service. 
I have the experience 3 stars because I got what I wanted w/o too much inconvenience. They could've been worse...
