Reviews

Wings were burned and crushed with bone fragments mixed in so I could not eat several of them. Pizza was cold and took over an hour. Delivery person was bumping his system through the neighborhood running stop signs and speeding. I've asked other people in Crandall on the community pages. They are saying the same thing about the delivery driver speeding and acting  irresponsible as the person drives through are neighborhoods. Next time we will inform the Crandall Police Department so action can be taken. Do not doubt this.

This place is amazing!!! Wole, Anthony and Daisy are of vital importance to this location! Every time I come in or talk on the phone... this has just been super! Pizza has looked/tasted perfect every time too!!! Keep up the great work! Glad to have Papa Johns in my city!

I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas about 2 weeks after this Papa John's (Seagoville) opened. I had my husband pick them up. We ordered well done pizza's, but they were burnt and dried out. I called that day and spoke with the manager and he told me that he would redeem my pizzas on my next order. 2 weeks later I call to order my pizzas and the manager told me pretty much that I did not call because if I would have he would have told me to come back that day to get better pizza and he would have never let me leave out of the store unsatisfied.  He said the best he could do was give me one pizza and I would have to pay for the other. I called customer service because I was very unsatisfied and did not like that he did not stick to his words he told me the day I ordered the pizza. They said someone will call me in 2 days. No one called. I called back, they called the manager at this store and he told them he would only give me 1 pizza, so they escalated the call to the Director and said they will call me back. No call and it has been over 1 week. I will NEVER waste my money here again. I will drive to my Mesquite store that treat customers great. Maybe I should stop giving Papa John's my money altogether. Wole... just a beautiful person... great staff... always friendly and the pizzas are always cooked to perfection... Papa Johns best location!!!
