Pizza was ordered at 8:08pm. Contacted store at 8:51 since app said pizza had been delivered. Girl just said runner was on his way and that app was "inaccurate". Called again at 9:39 and asked to speak to a manager. Runner got on the phone acting like the manager and said pizza would arrive in 5 min after "speaking" to the runner that had my order. Called again at 10:26 Pizza NEVER arrived. "Manager" actually came to the phone and said he didn't know what happen and credit my acct 20 bucks! Really?!? 3 kids to feed late night and no one could tell me what really was going on with my order until the 3rd call. Ridiculous!!! Worst service ever!!

every time I ordered they tell me what I ordered before so if I want the same pizza. ... but this guy he answered the phone he said he can't find it... I just want to know why they was know what I been ordered all the time but today they can't find it .... also I call dominoz 3 time last one he  answered my phone call and   he left me hold for 15 minutes .

Sunday may 10 I ordered a large pepperoni with jalapeños.Me and my family got so sick. After going to the doctor turned out we had Norovirus Infection that is really contagious. And this was the only common food we ate. I'm so DISAPPOINTED! Someone was sick and could not take a sick day!

We are extremely disappointed with my experience at this location and will not return. The staff was not interested when ordering and picking up, frankly didn't care about customer service. We had to repeat we needed our pizza several times and the lady simply ignored our request until we told her a third time.  I would recommend using another Pizza restaurant. #disappointed

I have ordered a lot from this store. They use to have decent pizza but the last 3 times I've ordered, the pizza was disappointing. Scrapes of meat, extra huge Italian sausage so they give u less meat. I pay for double order of meat and only get regular order. Think it's time to change pizza places.
