Horrible service girl answers the phone and you don’t understand what she says and keeps putting you on hold. Need better customer service. Had me on hold for 15 mins.

Crappy service is expected when you have simple-minded, ignorant management and staff operating a multi-billion dollar franchise. I placed an online carry-out order using an advertised Papa John's promotional code but later told that general manager cancel my order for no apparent reason. I caution you to be careful of sketchy panhandlers and gloomy and unkempt surrounding. I do not recommend anyone ordering pizza from this specific location. I strongly advise you to go elsewhere. I will never order from this despicable Papa John's location again. This hellhole offers poor service, panhandlers, unkempt store front, and unprofessional and unclean staff.

Excellent customer service from Manager Rafael Guido! I arrived to pick up my order and one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. My son is allergic to cheese and papa John's is the only pizza that I trust him to eat safely. I usually order him a personal pan with just sauce, pepperoni and sausage. Well someone made a mistake and put Cheese on the pizza but Mr.Guido quickly handled the situation and did so with a smile. He apologized and said that it would Never happen again. I appreciate that because a little goes a long way. My seven year old Is having his favorite pizza tonight

I had two bad experience with the delivery driver. when I placed my order not only did she arrive but she came here with no pizza and had to turn back around to go back to papa john and get it. The second time I ordered she told me I didn't give her the money I only gave her $4 never again

Customer service is very slow n for some reason customers were being told that there wasn't any delivery drivers but when you walked in delivery drivers were walking in and out.
