Holy smokes. What a disaster of a store. I waited over 2 hours for my order. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, 30 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive, I called a dozen times only getting a busy tone. Finally it rang and it went to the Kendall store which was assisting in taking orders and could not give me ANY information about this store. Not even store manager name. They transferred me to the store and a girl would come on the line every 5 minutes just to quickly say "One moment please" and without waiting for an answer I would just be placed on hold. This happened until 25 minutes later that they just hung up the phone. I called again and got a hold of the Kendall store. They could not give me ANY info even when I asked for the name of the Kendall manager. 

I was transferred to the store again and placed on hold. This time no one ever came on the line. I drove to the store while on hold to a crowd of angry customers all with their own nightmare stories. My pizza was still sitting there waiting to go out with a driver. The pizza was cold. I don't know how long it must've been sitting in that warmer for it to be cold. I demanded a refund. 

Do yourself a favor. Stay away! Absolute trash service. Trash communication. Trash pizza. This store should just be erased off the planet. We will never order from this Pizza Hut location again and I will tell everyone the same.

I ordered Online and the pizza was charged to my account which I showed them since I didn’t bring in my card they didn’t give me the pizza. I always order online and when I come pick up they never ask me for the card the staff was very rude and they even enjoyed not being able to give me the pizza. Horrible management!!!

I normally order my pizza online. I order it without any cheese or crust flavorings because I have a dairy allergy. I got my pizza and I noticed the crust on a few slices looked more different. I tasted one of them and it was garlic buttery crust. Another time I ordered I placed a call because they were taking a while and the woman I was talking to assumed I was pregnant because my pizza had a lot of veggies. I won't be ordering from there if I'm going to be dealing with unprofessional staff who think it's funny to spike someone's food.

I don't know we're to begin to describe the outstanding experience I was delightfully blessed to have. Take my advise don't believe everything you read. I was so hesitant to do business with this Pizza Hut due to the negative reviews, oh not only was I guaranteed to receive my order as requested, on time, and fresh. Well let me tell you the manager Colette and the baddest Pizza Queen Marty super exceeded my expectations. I ordered 10 Pizzas, not only were they made with perfection, they were also made with lots of love it doesn't get any better than that. I could not have been happier. I may have spelled the manager name incorrectly Colette because I can't find her business card. But if you speak to her on the phone her professionalism and mannerism will win you over, because every response is yes ma'am and no ma'am, I had to thank her in person, her  warm smile and extremely friendly staff a job well done thanks a million God Bless. Far to many times we take the effort to leave negative comments but it seem to to too much work to compliment thanks again.

We placed an order online. The delivery time stated 8:35pm the driver never called. I asked gem to make a new order and send it again we always order from this location. I asked to speak to he manager Felicia and I heard her suck her teeth and hung up on me.  I then called back and advised the girl that answered the phone that I was filing a complaint and wanted to speak to the manger and she confirmed the managers name
But would not give me Hera and hung up on me. I called back a third time only to be hung up on again. This is unacceptable. Your customer service skills lack professionalism and common courtesy. Shame On you Pizza Hut for hiring such incompetent people that taint the Pizza Hut name!
