My order has had something wrong with it everytime! It's a no win battle with them. Made a complaint to corporate about it. Never heard back from the district manager or regional manager like corporate told me I would. They also told me I would be hearing from the franchise director and the franchise owner, I have yet to hear from them. Very dissapointed at Papa John's for how this has been handle. Needless to say, I will no longer been ordering from the Maplecrest Rd. location.

I ordered 2 pizzas tonight and the guy on the phone explained that one of the pizzas I was ordering came with bbq chicken bacon and onions I said no onions.  Mine came with pinnapple bbq chicken and bacon. That's a hawian bbq. Didn't order that. I called and they politely sent out another pizza that was correct..  The problem was when the driver came back I was in the garage and hear him slamming his doors he was obviously pissed off because of a return visit I'm assuming. I  ordered correctly it was a wrong pizza no big deal .That was not appreciated and I even tipped him on the first trip. As a customer It was not a good delivery experience . Although the pizza was very good and was on time even was a tad early I believe. Maybe he was having a bad day but don't treat people who tip badly. Because the tips will end. My two stars weren't for the pizza just the drivers attitude. It wasn't my fault the pizza was wrong.

A few weeks ago I ordered a pan cheese pizza and brownie. When they were delivered, the pan cheese pizza had either been dropped or crushed and the cheese was stuck to the top of the box and the pizza was burnt. In addition, the brownies had been poorly boxed and the side of the box was inside the brownies causing half of the brownies to be inedible. When I called to report it they did redeliver a second pan cheese pizza for free, but it was also burnt. They credited my account with a free pizza. Tonight I called to order my free pizza at 730. At 9 when it still had not arrived I called to check on the order. Lo and behold, they did not have an order for me in the system. After a few minutes of going back and forth with questions about who I placed the order with the gentleman on the phone stated he took the order and made a mistake on the address. They are sending another pizza. I have NEVER had this kind of trouble with Papa Johns before when I lived in Columbia City, or when I lived on the south side of Fort Wayne. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again.

I called in to order one simple pizza. They immediately put me on hold. I sat on hold for 5 minutes, hung up, and called back. I figured they forgot me. Called in again, and got put on hold. I then proceeded to stay on hold for the next 45 minutes while we called Pizza Hut on another phone, picked up the pizza, and we're eating at home when I finally decided to hang up. I know it could have been I mishap twice in a row but this is the third time I've been forgotten on hold. Seems like the phone system shouldn't allow that. 
Never been pleased with this particular Papa John's and now I have no reason to ever patron this one again.
