I've had a problem with this Papa John's twice now. Both times, they have gotten my order wrong.

2 Stars: The pizza is as good as any other Papa John's, but an order made wrong is wrong no matter what, especially when that order is for your kids.

Clean store, friendly staff and the manager Riley was very professional. I will definitely be back.

I've ben getting pizza from this address for over a year now and with the exception of delivery times it's always been great!!!! I would also like to take the time to point out that Riley is a champion this guy knows what customer service is and is he reason I'm taking the time to write this review, keep it up bud!

As always Papa Johns has provided me with an exceptional experience. I called 20 minutes before they closed because I had been trying to place an online order to use my text promo code and it wasn't going through. The person taking my order apologised and gave me a different promo code that actually took off an additional $3. I received my order promptly but it didn't have the sauce cups I ordered. I called to see if the driver had mistakenly left them in her car but the associate on the phone told me the sauce cups hadn't been placed on the correct ticket that the driver saw. He offered to have the order remade which I declined and he insisted that he wanted to make the order correctly. He said the driver lived right by me and it was no problem. They had it back to me within no time and I'll just say I was very pleased. We will definitely be ordering from here more often as we are new to Auburn. Thanks!!!

Nice was a mistake in the order but the employer took responsibility and help me out and make my visit beter.
