If I could rate this zaxbys a 0 I would. I am beyond disgusted. I ordered two buffaloed blue zalads on my way home (I live in Winder) and when I got home I opened both zalads to see that they had very little buffalo sauce. On one of the zalads only 1 piece of chicken had sauce on it. As I was eating the zalad I come across something black and small on my fork; a fly. I lost my appetite completely. I am beyond disappointed with this zaxbys location, and I will not be returning in the future.

The first time in a long time .... my food was hot. It was quite a bit of a wait through the drive thru but that was to be expected of a Saturday night.

Don't eat here, I've done the drive thru several time now and every time without a fail no utensils. And I order chicken fingers all the time. So tonight wanted to change it up I ordered the boneless wings meal again no utensils then I asked for no ice in my drink and it had ice and it wasn't what I ordered either. DON'T EAT AT THIS ZAXBY'S, GO GET YOU SOME CHICK FIL-A JUST DOWN THE ROAD AT LEAST THEY'LL GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT.

Customer service sucks! I went through drive through last night she says can I take your order I tell her everything I want n when she goes to speak back it's her and another girl laughing then tells me to hold on a second. Then when she decided to work she asked me all the question I had already answered. Probably won't visit this location again.
