I was laughing my ass off, when i saw the pizza they delivered to us. dough to thick, not baked right through completely. the toppings just a few...a joke guys...never try to sell something like that in italy, particularly in the south of it. you might get lost forever. just shut the place down if you are not willingly to satisfy your customer. if i draw my conclusions from the way you are dealing with your patrons, i guess your kitchen must be a mess too...

This place is a joke. Don't order pizza if your hungry. You might not get it at all or the manager will cuss you out and hang up on you.

🖕🖕🖕🖕Worst Pappa John's experience ever. Worst delivery experience ever period. Took my order wrong, overcharged me. Tried to call the manager and was put on hold for 20 minutes before explaining the situation to a random employee who I though was the manger. Was put on hold another 5 minutes, finally got in touch with the manager, and then he puts me on hold for another 5 minutes before a different employee answers. I got frustrated and hung up which is what they wanted in the first place. Just a bunch of stoner crackers that don't care about their customers. I would definitely avoid this place. 🖕🖕🖕🖕

Several things

The times I've been inside the restaurant they let the phones ring off the hook, even while adequately staffed.

My pizzas have come burnt.

They take longer than they say they will to deliver. It's not just something small either; it can take hours.

Usually I prefer Papa John's to Pizza hut, but in Goshen it's actually a much better establishment.
