very young teenagers doing the work of 6 people...better pack a lunch to eat while waiting on your food...and bring ear plugs because they will not answer the phone and it is ringing non-stop, probably because there are signs all over the place asking you to call ahead...

Amazing service, great food, great variety of subs, pizza's, salads, and many other options. Plus they have a rewards card. Win win win

Who is training these people? The employees here are all incredibly young/inexperienced/unprofessional. Now that's to be expected with fast food, but these people need guidance. There is an apparent lack of leadership and training here. Employees are wearing whatever random clothes they can find, nobody has a name tag...the lack of accountability is obvious.

This could be overlooked to a degree if the food was good, but it's not. We decided to give this place another chance after an awful experience four years ago (hadn't been back since), and there have been no improvements. Poor quality, things aren't cooked right, the marinara sauce is cold...I could go on. 

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are much better places to eat in the Goshen area.

Workers won't answer the phone. Employees show up in pajama bottoms, they play on their phones while preparing food and all around don't seem to care at all about service one bit. Would give them 0 stars but Google won't let me.
