Ok... Look at what those idiots at Papa John's Pizza- North Miami Beach branch did to me tonite. I called in and was charged for my order at 10:30pm, they told me 1hr to 1.5hr. 2 hours past(I'm very patient), I called the shop and they told me that they don't cover my area at this time!!!! Helloooo!!!! Did someone called to let me know --- nada! Did the idiot that took my order tell me that they can't deliver to my area--- nada! And they told me, it will take 2 to 3 days for my refund.  And after I called to complain, the lady drop my call. Talk about customer service, obviously they have none. Grrrr😡

Don't waste your time they say open till 12:30 a.m. I trying to walk in they didn't open the door for me I called them they said they not open for pickup I asked them I said can you deliver to the front door or to the parking lot and they hang up on me. I guess welcome to Miami

July 01 2017.    I had place an order for 2 medium ham, they told me waiting time 1 hour.  When i ask the girl are you sure is $16.59  for 2 medium ham .  when i call back to check about the total they confirm 2 med -ham  .   They deliver only one,  when i call to inquire  no body wanted to help .   i was asking to please send another one ,we did not ask for free, we need them to send one pizza as soon as possible.       The manager told me " It is no my problem if you got the wrong order , the waiting time now is 2 hours.   i go back to dominos.

Papa Johns pizza in itself is one of the best fast food type pizza places you can eat at. This store has pretty abysmal delivery times but thats to be expected with the horrible traffic in sunny isles. Picking up the pizza is a whole different story. The pizzas are made pretty fast and most of the staff is friendly.
