ABSOUTELY terrible experience. I order 1 little medium pizza and some bread sticks. I sat inside waiting and waiting, wondering what was taking so long. Turned out, they had already had my order completed and ready, but they mixed my order up with someone else's and had me sitting there waiting a whole hour for nothing! I shrugged this off, said whatever, everyone makes mistakes. But when I got home, I noticed my pizza was burned. The bread was burned and I could barely bite through it. I couldn't believe I waited a whole hour for something like that. ABSOUTELY disgusting! Wasn't even worth my dog eating. Bad experience.

I was extremely happy to find out Papa John's was moving into the area till I made my first online order last night. I was quoted a 35 to 45 min delivery time. I'm reasonable and understand it's the weekend and I may wait a tad bit longer up to an hour and 15 or so. But just as I was about to cancel my order at an hour and 45 min the driver called and said she was outside. I told her I was about to cancel but paid her and expressed that I hope it's at least got. I understand it might not of been fresh out the oven hot but it wasn't even warm. The cheese had went into a leftover out the fridge type stage and the wings were not warm. The best part of the experience was the driver who was professional and apologetic. She is the only reason I'll give it one more try in the future.

Excellent customer service, was quoted 45 got my pizza under a half hour and the guy was really nice :))

Great Service. Ordered online. Order was confirmed by email. Took about 35  minutes for delivery. Delivery person was very courteous and thanked me for our business. So glad Papa John's is in the neighborhood!!! Pizza taste good too!
