The older Black male worker with the crooked teeth is very rude. How can this store create a policy that is not featured anywhere on the Pizza Hut website? There are no disclaimers when ordering a pizza online or any type of statement informing the consumer beforehand that WE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER OUR PHONES WHEN THE EAST CLEVELAND LOCATION CALLS US AFTER WE'VE PLACED OUR ORDER OR ELSE THEY WILL CANCEL SAID ORDER! Unfortunately, I missed the call. According to the message, I was informed that I would receive a 2nd call before they canceled the order, but I never did. Since I don't care to patronize establishments with poor customer service, I reordered my food from the South Taylor location & upon arrival, my food was already done & they managed to do so without calling me first! If I've misspoken & there is definitely verbiage on Pizza Hut's website pertaining to the East Cleveland location's practice of "no phone call answered, no food order placed", then I will edit my review to reflect it. But in the meantime, can someone please point it out to me? I'll wait.....

poor customer service and the person on the register is super rude and really do not want the job and her name is diasia she provide me the wrong name and i will never put the order again with this location i hope i perfer papa john across the street
