I ordered a pizza and added an additional garlic sauce.  They did not deliver the additional garlic sauce.  I called to let them know and the only solution they offered was to refund the 50 cents I paid for the extra sauce even though I had a whole pizza sharing between more than 1 person and others wanted sauce too.  They should have done more than that to make things right.

Very disappointing. Wound up calling a different Pizza place because your employees are rude and don't care about the customer service. Very . Not accommodating and we just moved into the area. Not smart to lose customers and don't care if you order from them or not. Corporate office doesn't care about it either.Food: 1/5

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ordered a pizza on a Tuesday afternoon at like 3. my online wait time was 25-35 min. i finally got my pizza 1hour and 45 min later. the pizzas were burnt and the bread sticks were dry. I called to have them replaced and I was told it was going to take an extra two and a half hours for my order to get here. I then asked for a refund. I was told that it would take over a week for my refund to return to my card. So then I was told it was going to take another two and a half hours to get me my order remade and sent to me anyway with no refund. This is absolutely unacceptable.

They so rude when it comes to customer service. I was letting the so called “manager” know that the dough was raw and not fully cooked and her response is “I don’t understand how it’s raw”….idk maybe it’s bc it didn’t cook

Worst customer service ever. I ordered 3xs extra peperonchinis and extra garlic butter and got none of the above. When I called to tell them of the issue the worker were cursing and carrying on in the background and was told that id have to wait for over an hour for my order. Too much of this going on with our hard earned money. Other people take for a joke like we dont work hard either.

2-3 Hour delivery for cold, stale pizza and each time we order our pizza pie with a 2 Liter they ALWAYS forget!  EDIT: from the mouth Of the Manager himself “maybe if you tip more then the food will come faster”  Disgusting! Behavior, Especially when you get off work at 12am and pizza is the only option. I’m more hurt than mad that it was all intentional considering how hungry I get after work.  I see why The Location is only 2** you all give Downtown Fern St. a terrible name!

The worst service I’ve ever received by a delivery driver..we stayed at the holiday inn and this obnoxious driver literally complained the whole time about us not arriving to the door fast enough and her not being able to reach us ..i explained we’re from out of town and we didn’t no they couldn’t break a $50 and she continued to complain furthermore about that!! We actually ended up turning down the pizza and saying we would rather do business elsewhere because she was that rude!! Do not order pizza or delivery service from this place

I was told about a 2 large for $26 special. I Ordered 1 larger pizza with 4 toppings and then asked if I got another, would it be $26 and they said no. After calling another store I was told yes.  Was told delivery was faster. I live 4 blocks away so I went with that instead of picking it up and I was told 40 min for it to get here and it’s been over an hour and 20 Min!!….. When I called they told me the pizza left the store 45 minutes ago!!?! I never leave reviews but the lack of concern at this location is crazy.  Called and spoke to the manager Araya and she had no idea where the pizza was…. She had no idea what was going on.. She couldn’t answer any question about how it took 1 hr and 30 min and they lost the pizza!?!  Very very poor management!!

As long as I have lived in West Palm this was a sad and inexcusable experience at Papa Johns Pizza. The young man who took my order when asked if they had curbside services he said yes, which says that they do in call information. It took 4 calls to reach someone to take an order. After sitting in front of the store l stated that l was disable and that did not seemed to matter. Granted the store is small but 2 adults a 3 children all without mask were in the store and none of the employees had on a mask. After the manager got on the phone she was not overly professional and again l said I was disable and it stated that curbside was offered, she said it was not but she would bring it out which she did with NO MASK. Really l will never go there again and if you are disable or not l suggest you not go there unless you'd like the feeling of being made to feel less than. They deserve NO stars.

New management at this location is doing an amazing job of rebuilding the store and doing a great job of customer service and food quality! Very pleased with everything every time and will only come back to this location for future orders! Thanks especially to Amanda and Gabriel! Great attitudes!
