This is a good sub place. The subs are very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Cold cuts are fresh. I got the Vito unwrapped and it was delicious. Two homeless people came in and got other customers to buy them sandwiches. The staff treated them just like they would any paying customer. Well done Jimmy Joh’s.

Service is fantastic! I had my sub within 5 minutes of ordering. Their subs are delicious! If you’re craving an Italian, this is the place to go!

I have seen and heard the Jimmy John's ads for years, and today, I finally downloaded the app and placed my order. Delivery was prompt, and very efficient. The sandwiches, were friggen delicious!!! A few hours later, I placed a second order, and all I can say is...  you have a new regular customer. Thank you to all the guys and gals at Jimmy John's for your great products. Keep doing whatever magic you guys do. See you next time.

Terrible service.  I have ordered from them for deliver a number of times.  More than half the orders were missing items.  Most of the time they would simply make another trip.  Today when it was delivered I was able to sit down and eat right away and was missing two items from my order.  This was a little over an hour after being delivered I called the store and was told sorry we can't do anything unless you place another order to which I replied simply refund the original order and charge me for what I was given.  The assistant manager played dumb to the fact that I just gave him a reasonable solution considering the mistake.  I would never recommend this establishment to anyone and I'm disputing the charge.

If I could give them a negative star I would. I called to place a delivery order, the guy on the phone was so busy rushing I had to ask him if he wanted my name. He didn't even bother to verify my contact information.  So when the delivery person supposedly arrived her called a discontinued number that I never gave. Then the assistant manager gets on the phone on my THIRD call and says sorry I will have someone delivery it to you right a way. Ten minutes later, I get a call the delivery guy goes to the wrong departments request for me to come meet him where he was. To add injury to insult, he then tells me my total is. Never mind the receipt says in bold black print PAID. When I called back and asked for the manager the assistant manager tells me sorry again and he will try his best to train home for next time. Oh no sir it won't be a next time. All but maybe 15 minutes of my hour lunch break I spent waiting on a sandwich. I even tipped the guy. Do yourself a favor don't order from here .

This location will not be getting my business anymore.  I walked in and ordered two subs.  When they were done the guy sets them on the counter...I say can I have a bag and he literally hands me a bag over the subs and watches me bag them...but anyway, I work in walking distance from them and have ordered AT LEAST twice a week for the past 3 years.  They've always been on point between getting your order right to delivery.  About two weeks ago I ordered and after about an hour was delivered the wrong sandwich.  I called and let them know and they said they would redeliver the correct sandwich.  After waiting and waiting, a man that works in my building dropped of my sandwich stating they delivered it to him on accident.  When I called JJ's again because I didn't really want to eat a sub a man that doesn't work at JJ's dropped off, the man on the phone could care less.  A week later, I was placing my third order of the week for 1 simple sub.  They now charge a $2 delivery fee that I'm sure the delivery guys get because they ride bikes to deliver to the close customers.  I'm sorry but I'm in walking distance and I'm already paying $2 for delivery, so upon checkout I chose the automatic 10% tip to be added 78 cents.  The receptionist where I work calls me to tell me my sandwich has arrived and says that as the delivery guy is walking away he says "make sure you tell her thanks for the 78 cent tip."  This infuriated me.  First of all, if you don't like working for tips, get another job.  Second, I hate having to state the obvious as that being COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL but to state my business to someone that I work with that did not even order the sandwich.  The audacity.  I wish I hadn't left him anything.

I will no longer be ordering from this location. I ordered today and 2 times before this and everytime there has been something wrong with my order. The first time i ordered the turkey sub with extra mayo and added bacon. There was no bacon and barely any mayo. The second time i ordered the same sub with out the bacon but with extra mayo amd pickles. Once again barely any mayo and not a single pickle. Also ordered a soda with it and they sent a delivery person on a freakin BIKE!! My soda was flat and warm since all the ice melted on his trip to me.  Ordered today, the turkey sub again, extra mayo and pickles didnt have eaither AGAIN!!! Y'all need to really get your head out your you know whats and get it together!!! Horrible service!!
