Decided to try Papa John’s tonight. We ordered a medium 5 topping pizza. It had pepperoni, sausage, cheese, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. Average amount of toppings but the vegetables were a little too liquidity for pizza. Pretty good amount of cheese that was cooked pretty good. This location does a massive amount of delivery and a fair amount of pickup. At least this night. Each pizza comes with a container of garlic butter, Yummmy!! All the employees were extremely busy and the cashier greeted each individual entering the business. The pizza is just okay, much better in the Grove City area.
I love Papa John's pizza. But tonight's order was a mess. 3 papadias. 2 didn't have any peppers, 2 we're not cut in half, 2 were only folded partially, and all 3 had way less filling than just the night before. Not my first time and most likely not the last, but this was a huge disappointment.
I know, to some people, it's an unpopular opinion but for whatever reason this Papa John's has the best pizza. I've only ordered from it a few times, but every single time it's amazing how good it is. It always shows up hot. The delivery people are super nice. And the food is incredibly good. Can't speak highly enough about this particular location!
This isn't the Papa John's we love. We didn't order thin crust. 100% disappointed.
Wow…..wow wow wow. I am honestly speechless. I was planning on getting a mediocre pizza like always when ordering from chain pizza shops. I can honestly say this was the absolute BEST pizza chain experience I have ever had! I have never given a 10 star review on anything I’ve ever eaten this was amazing service from ordering to eating everything was cooked to literal protection. The pizza the wings the jalapeño bites and the cinnamon pull part. Great job and they we’re SLAMMED when we went to pick up our pizza so great job on everyone who was working tonight and thank you for giving me one of the best pizza experiences I’ve ever had!
On 12/11/22 we ordered a pizza from grove city papa johns. I ordered at 5:03pm. I didn’t get my pizza until 735pm. Over 2 1/2 hours!!! I tried to call and they would not answer. I called another number and still no answer. I was not given a time as to when to receive my pizza until AFTER I placed the order online or I wouldn’t have ordered. We will never order from there again. If you don’t have enough people to help deliver...then Don’t offer that. Make it pick up only. Ridiculous!!!
Every single time I order from this shop, they ALWAYS forgot something & when I try to call in to get WHAT I PAID FOR credited back to me or delivered back to me, I get disrespected by ROB the MANAGER!!! He continuously interrupted me as I was trying to explain what happened , rushed me off of the phone, & acted as if my issue was no big deal at all ! If this is how you run your business, the place needs shut down. I WILL be contacting corporate about this. I’ve been more than fair but you guys are disrespectful and lazy at this place !! I worked at a pizza shop at 16 years old & never treated customers that way! If the job is too hard for you sign up for SSI.
App said 1 hour wait. Arrive at the store after an hour and told it will be another 20 minutes. Then another 20 minutes. Then assured we’ll get it after the next 20 minutes. 2 hours waiting for a pizza. This will be the last time for a long time that we get Papa Johns. Absolutely embarrassing.
Ordered at 7 around 9 I called for status, they said it should be about another 25 minutes.we had company one of witch was my granddaughter who loves shaq shes 4 years old . They had to leave because it was getting late and she has preschool, she didn't get dinner tonight and didnt understand why she didnt get her pizza and was just sobbing, and was mad at shaq . I told her it's not his fault honey. It broke my heart to see her crying. After I ordered I checked the reviews and saw a bunch of upset customers for the same thing we had to cancel the order because everyone was leaving, that picture of her crying burnt in my mind , I wont give them another chance to break a little girls heart . My granddaughter is 4 and looks just like sindy lu in the grinch, and very upset with her hero
Don’t order from here it took over two hours to get our pizza and we called to speak to the manager who hung up on us, multiple times. The manager is aware and isn’t doing his job.
