It's taco bell so the food is what it is - personally I like it and it's always fast. But thus place screwed up my order. Soft tacos are very different than soft taco Supreme and I ordered soft taco Supreme but got plain Jane soft tacos see the photo even though I paid for Supreme. As Joe Pesci says "They screw you in the drive through!!"
Doritos tacos are so good every once in awhile! First time I had the chicken power bowl. It was pretty good, I was not expecting gourmet so it met my needs at the time. I’m grateful for the pleasant workers who show up and are friendly and courteous. It’s always delicious just like Ricky Bobby says; limited to every once in awhile
They weren't able to find my mobile order due to system issues which wasn't their fault, but they had me waiting in the lobby for over 5 minutes before telling me they were never able to find it. They nacho fries were bottom of the barrel, cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. I do t expect much at a fast food restaurant but hot fresh fries isn't too much to ask for.

Ordered from here through doordash. Food was not good. Taco shell smelled and tasted off. Got 3 crunchy taco supremes and was only able to eat half of one. Later on had an upset stomach/diarrhea. Steer clear from here.
I have been eating at Taco Bell for over a decade still at a solid 200lbs and pushing 6' ha!. It has been a fun journey watching the menu change and yet some main things staying the same. I travel quite a bit and have been to Taco Bells all around the country been in all the lower 48 states and have eaten Taco Bell in just about all of them. This has given me a unique perspective on seeing how my local Grove City, OH Taco Bell on Stringtown Road compares to the rest of them. I've got to say: there are few, if any, Taco Bells that meet the level of service, speed, accuracy, and kindness that my local Taco Bell exemplifies. The gentlemen who's name I think is Christian seems to be the core to this experience. He is always so professional, yet personable. Kind and courteous. If you go to 99% of the restaurants in our country it seems customer service has become robotic and in a word: mean. People are treated like a number on a receipt .This is not the case at our Taco Bell. We are so glad we live near one that is so wonderful to go to. When Christian is not there, sometimes an order is incorrectly made, but they still will do above and beyond to fix it. Not the usual, "Sorry we can't and won't help you." Please keep it up. There are few chains that know the secret sauce to a good and reputable business. The secret is simple, but due to the growing pressures of the internet-based culture and false realities of what success is, it seems to have been lost in the past couple years no, not because of the C-thing in 2019 and beyond haha. It is simply: customer service beyond the normal 'smile and get to the next customer'. Customer service that knows they met the standard of expectation, but have made it THEIR standard to go beyond everyone else's standard. I am pleased to report that this Taco Bell does this. Thank you Christian for leading in the new standard.

I just went to toco bell tonight for dinner with my son. I ordered 2 chili Chez bur plus extra Chez and sour cream and this is what I got. A sprinkle of Chez a spoonful of beef sauce and no sour cream. Last week they did the same thing. Thanks for leaving me hungry. I won't be back
Been going to this Taco Bell for a couple years now on Stringtown Rd, & this place has gone down hill the last couple months. I saw that they are building a new one on Broadway & I can't wait! My brother got a couple loco taco supremes last night, & as I looked over this is what I saw, seriously! Looks like more sour cream than meat, 3 individual pieces of diced tomatoes, 1 sliver of cheese, & a tiny piece of lettuce. Ridiculous. This place used to serve these tacos in a specialized loco taco piece or cardboard, & they used to overflow with vegetables. Not no more. This was our last visit.
